Capital One Bank – Marshall Main Office Branch Feasibility Study

PDS was asked to perform a feasibility study for renovating the existing downtown Marshall, Texas Main Branch. The 1960’s building presented many challenges in terms of code compliance, ADA accessibility, HVAC systems, Electrical and Communications, and overall cost. As a result of the study and budgeting provided by PDS, Capital One Bank asked PDS to perform conceptual design and budgeting for a replacement structure on the same property in downtown Marshall. It was determined that a new purpose built structure could be constructed for about the same cost as a renovation of the older structure with a new and dynamic aesthetic and appeal. The proposed new structure is to be a two-story building with a new motor court and motor bank.
