    During this phase, Prevot Design collaborates with you to "tell your story through design." We translate your wishes, needs, and design objectives into a “BIG PICTURE” design. As outlined in the Scope of Services, Prevot Design may provide:

    While our scope may include these aspects, it's important to note that submittals from civil and structural engineers, as well as planning for building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, may be needed per your project requirements.

    The design becomes a reality during the construction/contract document phase. The final design details are outlined explicitly in detailed drawings supplied by our team.

    Two sets of drawings/contract documents are provided; one set, the construction set, will remain on-site throughout the construction process. The other set is referred to as the permit set. Prevot Design will send the Permit set to the local city or parish/county/state permitting/regulatory agencies. These agencies will review the documents to ensure they comply with local building codes and regulations.

    • Construction documents are used for bidding, regulatory agency review, and construction, ensuring a smooth and successful process.

    • Construction documents assure you that your construction is thoroughly detailed, code compliant, and reflective of the correct specifications.
